Jog On: How running saved my life by Bella Mackie. A Review

I have battled with anxiety and depression since I was a teenager. It is a scary and lonely place to be. Not least because no one talks about it.
Bella Mackie is on a quest to not only talk about her mental health issues but face them head on using exercise as a simple and effective tool.
This beautifully written and frank account of how she used running to pull herself out of a truly dark time in her life is inspiring, and it got this coach potato up and giving it a go.
“Jog on” is tender, witty and completely relatable. I will be recommending this to everyone I know!

What do you think?
